AIDREAMS Terms of Service

1. Description of Service
AIDREAMS Education Inc. ("we", "us") is committed to providing AI programming education products and supporting services, including AI intelligent robots, building-block creation kits, online programming courses, and related software platforms. These Terms apply to all users who access and use AIDREAMS products and services.
2. Account Registration
Using AIDREAMS services requires registering an account and providing true, accurate, and complete personal information. You are responsible for safeguarding your account password; losses caused by password disclosure are borne by the account holder. If you notice anything unusual about your account, contact support at support@aidreams.com immediately.
3. Intellectual Property
The AIDREAMS brand, product appearance, software platform, course content, and accompanying materials are the intellectual property of AIDREAMS Education Inc. Without written authorization, no individual or organization may copy, modify, distribute, or use them for commercial purposes. The CDIO teaching model is an original AIDREAMS methodology and is protected by international copyright law.
4. Purchase and Payment
Product prices are subject to those shown on the order confirmation page. We accept international credit cards (Visa / Mastercard / American Express) and PayPal. Cross-border orders may incur customs duties and import VAT, which are borne by the buyer. Promotions (coupons, discount codes) cannot be stacked; AIDREAMS reserves the right of final interpretation.
5. Returns and Exchanges
You may request a no-reason return within 7 days of receiving the product (original packaging must remain intact). AI robots and electronic devices do not support no-reason returns once opened unless there is a quality issue. Return shipping is borne by the buyer; in the case of quality issues, AIDREAMS bears the shipping cost. Refunds will be returned to the original payment method within 3-5 business days after we receive the returned goods.
6. Privacy
We value your privacy. Rules for collecting, using, and protecting personal information are detailed in the Privacy Policy. We do not sell your personal information to third parties, but we may share it with necessary service providers such as logistics and payment partners to fulfill orders.
7. Disclaimer
AIDREAMS products must be used under adult supervision. Damage caused by improper use, unauthorized disassembly or repair, or third-party software modifications is not covered by warranty. Online course content is updated periodically as technology evolves, and we reserve the right of final interpretation regarding course arrangements.
8. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, USA. In the event of a dispute, both parties shall negotiate in good faith; if negotiation fails, either party may file a lawsuit in a court of competent jurisdiction in Santa Clara County, California. For users within China, the Consumer Protection Law of the People's Republic of China also applies.
