π ECNU Γ BitLab: A Powerful Alliance Opens a New Era of AICDIO Education
April 21, 2025 β the ECNU Global Institute for Development and Innovation (GID) and international AI education pioneer BitLab officially signed a strategic cooperation agreement to jointly launch the first international AICDIO artificial-intelligence education program.

ECNU Global Institute for Development and Innovation (GID)

- GID focuses on frontier fields such as regional innovation, science & technology policy, and talent development

BitLab / AIDREAMS
- Founded in 2008 by Dr. Cao Weixun (German engineering doctorate)
- 16 years of AI + STEAM maker-education experience
- A BitLab network covering 20+ provinces, 200+ schools nationwide
- Originator of the AICDIO education model and the "Three Senses & Three Powers" literacy system

I. AICDIO Curriculum Standardization π
The two sides will jointly develop an internationally standardized AICDIO AI education curriculum system:
- K-12 full coverage: graded courses from kindergarten to high school
- Cross-disciplinary integration: deep fusion of AI + science / art / math / engineering
- Bilingual textbooks: adapted to domestic and international education scenarios
- Online learning platform: with digital teaching resources and assessment systems
II. "Global Young Engineers" Initiative π
Launch an AI CDIO education initiative for youth worldwide:
- Cultivate a new generation of engineers with technical ability, social responsibility, and global vision
- Establish an international AI education experimental-school alliance
- Host an annual "Global Young Engineers" innovation competition
- Set up AI education scholarships
III. Teacher Training System π¨βπ«
- AICDIO Advanced Workshop: in-depth training for backbone K-12 teachers
- Certified Instructor Program: cultivate AI education instructors with global vision
- Exchange & Visit Program: mutual visits between Chinese and U.S. educators
IV. Research & Innovation π¬
- Establish an "AICDIO Education Research Center" for empirical research
- Track the impact of AI education on students' core literacy development
- Publish an annual Global AI Education White Paper report
